aelonhead

aelonhead  does not exist as a word. It is made up from the combination of the Greek word aelon (άϋλον)  which means something intangible or nonmaterial and the English word head. It was created  in order to correspond to the band origin,  a mixture of Greek and British band members  and also to  describe  someone who is either  open minded and a dreamer or simply…brainless.

aelonhead were created out of the need of Glikia Simmoria to write songs with original English lyrics.  An ad in NME was the start and three British lyricists joined the band.

Everything in the creative process quickly found its place, as if the songs were there waiting to be discovered, as if the music had found at last its true origins…
